Scheduling an appointment with us:

1.You can find your Client ID number on a Horizon Animal Hospital receipt. It is also called your account number. 

2.Then press Retrieve my PIN and choose mobile phone or email to receive your pin number. Once established in your device, you will not need to input it again.
