Shelby

Shelby is a California girl at heart, born and raised in San Bernardino, and she has proudly called Arizona home for the past 10 years.

With more than nine years of experience in the pet care industry, Shelby brings a strong background in both client service and hands-on animal care. She has worked in reception at pet hotels and veterinary hospitals and has also managed a busy boarding, daycare, and grooming facility. Throughout every role, her favorite part has always been building relationships with pets and their families while making sure each animal feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Shelby is a devoted dog lover and enjoys spending time with her own dogs, Sylus and Nipsey. Outside of work, she loves reading, cooking, paddleboarding, hiking, traveling, and trying new foods. As a self-proclaimed foodie, she is always looking for new recipes to make and new places to explore with her fiancé. One of her favorite ways to spend time together is riding on the back of his motorcycle and discovering somewhere new.

Warm, caring, and hardworking, Shelby feels fortunate to have built a career around something she truly loves. She is passionate about giving every pet the same patience, attention, and affection she gives her own.
